TWO WAYS TO ADD A GAME

File or link?

If the game is already published, select "Provide a link to the game" and add your own cover. The link must lead to a free browser game without mandatory registration. Or upload a ready HTML/ZIP — then the game will work on our site. File requirements are listed below.

index.htmlgame.zip

Up to 20 MiB per file, up to 40 MiB after unpacking, up to 200 files. A single HTML file up to 2 MiB. The easiest start: HTML + JavaScript.

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

One HTML with everything inside or a ZIP with index.html and resources. Phaser and PixiJS are also suitable if the libraries are inside the archive.

TypeScript

First, have a ready JavaScript build. Archive the dist folder, not the entire repository.

Godot / GDScript

Web export without threads, starter index.html, all files together. Check the size. C# in Godot 4 is not suitable for this web export.

C++ / Rust and others

Only a ready standalone WebAssembly build with index.html. Source .cpp, .rs, .py, .cs, or .exe files will not run.

For HTML/ZIP: no external CDNs, APIs, authorization, payments, or installation. Use relative paths. The game must work without cookies, localStorage, and web workers; progress can be kept in memory during the game.

Don't know how to build the file? Copy this prompt to your AI +
Prepare my 2D game for a browser game contest. I need a ready file for uploading to a website, not a source repository. Use a two-dimensional game space, sprites, and 2D graphics. Ready images, pre-rendered from 3D models, are allowed; a 3D scene with 3D models during gameplay is not. Ideally, one index.html with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript inside (up to 2 MiB). If there are separate resources, provide a game.zip up to 20 MiB: index.html in the root, all images, sounds, scripts, and libraries inside, using relative paths. Up to 200 files, up to 40 MiB total after unpacking, each file up to 25 MiB. If the project is in TypeScript, build it to JavaScript. If in Godot, make a Web export without threads and name the starter file index.html. Do not include node_modules, .git, secrets, or the source project instead of the build in the ZIP. The game will run in a sandbox iframe without allow-same-origin. Do not use CDNs, external internet, servers, API keys, cookies, localStorage, IndexedDB, service workers, or web workers. Resources should only be loaded from the game folder. WebAssembly without threads is allowed. Keep the state in memory. Add a start button for sound. Show clear controls, a quick start, score, and restart. Check keyboard and/or touch controls. Write and fix all the code yourself: I will only describe changes in words. Provide a ready HTML or ZIP for download and a short instruction for testing.

FAIR GAME

Briefly about the rules

Contest format — 2D only

The game space and graphics must be two-dimensional. This rule applies to both uploaded files and games via external links.

  • Suitable: a game with sprites, 2D images, or animations. You can pre-render them from 3D models and use them in the game as ready-made images.
  • Not suitable: a 3D scene with 3D models rendered during gameplay, even with a fixed side or top-down camera and movement in only two dimensions.

An isometric view does not inherently mean 3D: a game with 2D sprites is suitable. The choice of engine or WebGL does not determine eligibility — what matters is how the game itself is built.

What to look for while playing

  1. Clarity: is it immediately clear what to do?
  2. Engagement: do you want to try again?
  3. Quality: are the controls convenient and is nothing hindering gameplay?

These are guidelines for selection, not three separate scores.

A simple 2D game: easy-to-understand controls, interesting mechanics, and a desire to try again. Participation is free. The game author with the most votes receives 500 UAH from the organizer.

What "no manual coding" means

All custom code is generated and fixed by AI. You can come up with the idea, write prompts, copy AI code, work in an editor, and run the build. Ready-made libraries and legal resources are allowed. Manual code edits are not. This is a participant's declaration; the organizer may ask to see the development process.

Terms and Verification

Submission lasts seven days from the contest opening. The exact deadline is uploaded at the top of the page.

One participant may submit several different games from the same account. Each undergoes separate verification and competes separately; votes for different games by the same author are not combined. The total limit for this contest is 50 games. The organizer checks for launch, compliance with format, and rules. Non-working games, copied games, malicious code, and illegal content are not allowed. If a game needs fixing, you will see the reason in your application. For games via a link, the author must maintain accessibility and not change the contest version during voting. Changing the URL before voting requires resubmission for verification.

How to vote

Open the published game page, play in the window, or follow the author's link. Log in via email or ChatGPT and click "♡ Vote". The heart is immediately counted in the contest. One account has one vote for one favorite game per round. You cannot vote for your own games. A vote can be withdrawn or moved to another open game before the end. Repeated clicks do not accumulate votes. Multiple confirmed alias addresses from a single personal Gmail account do not grant additional votes. Mass requests and voting with multiple accounts from the same network are temporarily restricted. Opening a game is not proof of active play.

Voting is possible from the publication of the first works. After the submission and verification period closes, the organizer launches the final stage for three days; votes already cast are preserved. Initially, only the organizer can see the count. They decide when to show or hide it for everyone; statistics do not open automatically after the deadline. Until completion, the displayed result is preliminary. In case of a tie, an additional one-day round with new voting between leaders is possible. One account does not guarantee one physical person: rigging and multiple accounts are prohibited.

Comments

After logging in, you can leave a short public comment on the game page. You can remove your own comment; the organizer can hide spam or insults. Do not post private contacts or secrets.

Rights, Data, and Contact

Game rights remain with the author. Submission grants permission to display the description and cover, post links to the game, or store and run uploaded files for the contest. The organizer stores the application, files, and votes to conduct the contest; the account ID is stored as a hash. Email and Telegram are not published. The optional "How I made the game" story is published on the approved game's page. Old responses submitted as private remain private. Provided contacts are not automatically verified and do not sign the participant up for a newsletter. Before the submission deadline, a game can be withdrawn for editing; for file or data deletion after the contest, contact the organizer in the community Telegram chat. Prizes are not paid out automatically: the organizer will contact the winner. Site Privacy Policy.
