Subscription and privacy

Updated October 13, 2026. This page describes the email subscription and research forms for Vibe Coding.

Visit statistics

On public pages, the site uses a random identifier stored in your browser to estimate visitors and page views. The server stores its protected hash, the page address without parameters, the date and the view count. IP addresses, page content and private chat data are not recorded in these statistics. Records are kept for approximately 90 days. Clearing site data creates a new identifier. The statistics do not identify individuals and may be incomplete.

Why an address is needed

We use your email to send confirmation and, with your consent, no more than one practical issue per week. An empty or unchecked consent box does not create a subscription. We do not add addresses from third-party lists.

In the product research form, the email is optional. If provided and separate consent is given, we may only respond regarding the submitted answer. Such consent does not sign you up for a newsletter.

What is stored

For the subscription: address, status, confirmation date, consent version, and unsubscribe data. An unconfirmed application is valid for 24 hours. For product research: service description, obstacle, desired result, form source, date, consent version, and optional email.

To protect against abuse, we use hashed request identifiers; raw IP addresses are not stored in the database. Temporary counters are deleted after the expiration period.

Delivery and retention period

The site runs on Sites with Cloudflare server infrastructure; the subscription and response database is Cloudflare D1; email delivery is via Resend. These providers process the data required for the service to function according to their own policies. Delivery, error, and complaint events, as well as sending logs, are stored in our database for up to 90 days, after which they are deleted during the next cleanup. Expired applications are also deleted during cleanup.

Research responses are stored for up to 180 days, after which they are deleted or kept only as anonymized findings. The subscription address is stored as long as you are subscribed. After unsubscribing, we keep an opt-out record to avoid sending emails again without new consent. Complaints or undeliverable addresses block further sending. Form values are not passed to analytics; we only record the fact of a successful action without text or email.

Mia's landing page analytics

On Mia's public introduction page, we use Google Analytics for views and chat link clicks. The transition event contains only the page marker and the link location: menu or text. We do not pass names, emails, messages, interests, or chat memory to this event. The chat itself does not load Google Analytics; its summary accounting is described below.

How to unsubscribe or delete data

Each issue contains an unsubscribe link that does not require logging into an account. After confirming unsubscription, no new issues will be sent. To access, correct, or delete data, write to the Vibe Coding team: vibe.coding.com.ua@gmail.com.

To the subscription form

Embedded YouTube videos

The player connects only after clicking "Watch here". We use the youtube-nocookie.com domain. After launch, YouTube receives the technical data required for playback and applies its own privacy policy.

Personal chat with an AI companion

Added October 20, 2026. The chat is intended for people aged 18 and over. This is a fictional AI character. Logging in via ChatGPT separates your data from other users; you must agree to conversation processing before starting.

We store the chosen name or nickname, interests, flirt settings and memory, messages, a short edited summary, and technical service usage records. The login identifier is hashed with a server salt; the email is not recorded in the chat tables. It may be used by the server to recognize the owner. There are no advertising trackers on the chat page; message text and memory are not sent to analytics or error logs.

To evaluate Mia's performance, the owner has access to private summary statistics: unique authorized accounts, requests, returns on different days, API costs, and approximate active time. Time is calculated only in a configured chat in a visible tab with focus and recent actions. We store the date, hashed identifier, activity seconds, and technical timestamps for up to 90 days with gradual clearing. We do not collect IP, device fingerprint, email, keystrokes, or message content for this. Statistics are not passed to advertising platforms. Deleting chat data also erases associated active time records; budgets and quotas remain.

To respond, the server passes the DeepInfra text of the new message, a limited part of the history, profile, and memory. Model: Gemma. Public Ukrainian music titles may be loaded from MUZVAR; your messages to this source are not sent. Site infrastructure: Sites and Cloudflare D1. The chat does not have end-to-end encryption: infrastructure providers and the administrator with technical access may have access to the data. DeepInfra Policy.

In settings, you can change your name and interests, disable flirtation or memory, edit memories, and delete the conversation with the profile. After editing memory, previous history is no longer used for new responses to ensure deleted facts do not return. Disabling memory does not cancel the short-term context of the current conversation. Do not send secrets, payment, medical, or other sensitive data.

History is available for up to 90 days. Old messages, technical logs, and personal fields of inactive profiles are cleared in limited batches during subsequent successful chat requests; without new requests, clearing may occur later. A non-personalized summary of test costs is stored separately. Upon manual deletion, history text, name, interests, and memory are immediately erased; the hashed identifier and counters remain for quota compliance. Deletion from provider backups depends on their policies. To fully delete a technical profile, contact vibe.coding.com.ua@gmail.com.

The first test is free, up to 30 responses per day Kyiv time. The overall test is limited by the number of participants, budget, and 30 days from the first model request. The test may pause earlier if resources are exhausted. No card is required; there is no automatic transition to a paid subscription.

Login to Vibe Jam via email

Added on October 20, 2026. For registration and login, we send a one-time code via Resend to the specified address. The code is valid for 10 minutes; up to five attempts are allowed. Only its hash is stored in the database, not the plain code. The login email is not a newsletter subscription.

We store the account email and its link to contest games. The session is valid for up to 30 days and is stored in a secure HttpOnly cookie; logging out revokes the current email session. Expired requests and sessions are deleted in limited batches during subsequent login requests. The email delivery log is kept for up to 90 days; existing restrictions and blocking of undeliverable addresses also apply to login codes. To prevent abuse, we use hashed IP/email keys with limited retention, without recording the plain IP address.

To add email login to an old ChatGPT account, you must be logged into that account and verify the email with a code. Matching the address in the profile or application alone is not enough. The optional "How I made the game" story is shown to everyone on the approved game page. Previously submitted private development descriptions remain private. To protect the contest from mass requests, we temporarily store the network address hash and link voting attempts to the account. These contest records do not contain the full IP address; restrictions are valid for up to two days, and expired records are cleared in batches during requests. Aliases of a verified personal Gmail account are treated as a single mailbox when voting. For voting, we store the fact that the game was opened and the account selection; voter lists are not published. The number of votes is displayed at the organizer's discretion. Comments and the chosen nickname are public. You can remove your comment from public view, and the organizer can hide it during moderation. Application contacts are not shown to other players; a Telegram nickname is optional and is not an authorization method. Email login does not provide access to the owner panel or Mia's chat. For account and application deletion issues, contact vibe.coding.com.ua@gmail.com.

Article comments

Comments can be read without logging in. To post, we use a verified email account or login via ChatGPT. Logging in does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We publicly display your chosen nickname, text, and comment time; we do not display your email or account ID.

We store the link to the article and account to allow for deleting your own comments and for moderation. We limit request frequency using a network hash with a service salt; raw IPs do not store these limits. Expired counters are cleared in batches during requests. The "Remove comment" button hides it from public view; a hidden entry may be kept for reviewing violations. For final data deletion, please contact us via the details on this page.

Video call with Mia

Talking to Mia on /suputnytsia works via a third-party service, LemonSlice. Its widget loads only after confirmation of adulthood, consent, and clicking the open button. Voice and messages are transmitted to LemonSlice and its providers for recognition, GPT responses, voice synthesis, and animation. The service warns that the conversation may be recorded and transmitted to its providers. The user's camera is not required.

The history and personal memory of the text chat are not automatically transferred to the video call. Deleting the text chat on our site does not delete data in LemonSlice. For terms of processing and requests to delete third-party records, please check directly with LemonSlice. Do not share passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information during the call.

The "End video call" button closes the video window. The current test is limited by session duration and service package availability.

Single account and private contacts

A verified email determines your account for games, ratings, and comments. Logging in via a one-time code is stored in this browser for up to 30 days; the code is valid for 10 minutes and only once. On another device, use the same email.

You can save an optional nickname and Telegram in your profile. Email and Telegram are available to you and the site owner in a secure admin panel, not in public cards. Telegram is a contact provided by the user, not a verified login method. The nickname you publish with a game or comment will be visible.

Logging in does not subscribe you to a newsletter. You can request a change or deletion of personal data at vibe.coding.com.ua@gmail.com.

English translations

Public materials and interface texts are automatically translated via DeepInfra and stored for future visitors. Personal conversations, contacts, private profiles, and unpublished drafts are not passed to this translation. The English version may contain errors; the Ukrainian original is available via the switcher.

Gamecoding

To submit games, we use the same email login with a code. Applications and uploaded files are linked to the account; drafts and editorial notes are visible to the author and the site owner. Once approved, the nickname, title, description, cover, controls, tools, and voluntary creation story are published. The login email is not published. Removing a game for editing stops its public display; objects may remain for resubmission. To delete data, contact the person listed on this page. Rate limiting applies using hashed network identifiers without storing raw IP addresses. Comments use the existing article discussion mechanism.

The optional YouTube link becomes public after the game is approved. The YouTube player is only loaded after clicking the view button, as described in the video section.
