Five Nights at the Verkhovna Rada: survive the shift in the Dev Routine game
An empty building, a night shift, and the feeling that someone is there behind the cameras. Dev Routine has moved the familiar survival idea of five nights into a recognizable Ukrainian setting — and made a game you can open directly in your browser.

A familiar fear in an unfamiliar place
The author presents "Five Nights in the Verkhovna Rada" as a FNAF-like game. If you are unfamiliar with this genre: instead of continuous running, it relies on observation, attention to threats, and making the right decision at the right moment. The goal stated by the developer is to survive five nights.
The project's main find is the setting itself. The title immediately creates a contrast between a familiar institution and a night horror. On the start screen, the player is met with anxious faces, image noise, and a restrained menu. The atmosphere begins even before clicking "New Game."
This is an entertainment parody. On the website, the author separately explains that the characters and events are fictional and the game is not a political statement.
How to start playing
- Open rada-nights.com and wait for it to load.
- Click on the start screen, then select "New Game." To return to your progress, there is a "Continue" option in the menu.
- On a computer, use the mouse. The author also noted mobile support in the submission.
- Pay attention to the sound: the game itself recommends headphones, as footsteps, voices, and breathing help you notice danger.
Who created the project and how AI helped
The developer submitted the game to our community under the nickname Dev Routine. In the tools list, they noted Claude + GPT image. This is an author project: AI helped in the creation, and the author presented the result, described the game, and provided a link to its development.
The open description does not include a full technical log. Therefore, we do not attribute specific mechanics to individual tools, do not name unconfirmed engine versions, and do not invent the time it took to write the game. Instead, you can watch the process in the author's own video.

The author added a development video to the public history of their project.
Creation video on YouTube ↗Why this work is interesting
There is a clear promise to the player here: survive the night and try one more. For the author, this is also a representative direction of Vibe Coding: taking a familiar gaming foundation, adding a personal setting, and bringing the idea to fruition as an accessible browser project.
This material introduces the work of a participant rather than replacing a full playthrough review. We checked the website opening and the start menu; the editorial team did not play through all five nights.
Our community project
This page presents the work of a member of the Ukrainian Vibe Coding community. The game is published as a separate project outside the Vibe Jam 2D contest: it does not participate in contest voting or prize distribution.
